The Deed Restrictions for each section of Cypresswood Glen requires homeowners to submit plans for alterations, additions, or improvements to the exterior of their homes or lots to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to the commencement of construction activities. The ARC has thirty (30) days to act on the submitted plans and specifications.

Please allow ample time for the approval process. All modifications to your dwelling must be approved, even if you are using the same color. This includes roofs replacements and exterior painting.
