Cypresswood Glen's original developer, Elro of Texas, Inc., broke ground in 1992 along with builders Trendmaker and Emerald Homes. These two builders were replaced in 1996 by J. Patrick Homes and Michael Thomas Homes. Home sizes range from 2000 to 4000 square feet and are priced from the $170,000's to $300,000's.

Cypresswood Glen subdivision is situated in north Harris County in a beautiful pine and hardwood tree setting north of Louetta Road, just 3 miles west of Interstate 45 North. We pride ourselves as a small closely knit community where homeowners know their neighbors and work together to improve the quality of life we enjoy.

Cypresswood Glen is a small community. Sections I & II have slightly over 200 homes. Section III was annexed in 1999 with an additional 65 homes. So the total for Sections I, II & III is 271 home sites in Cypresswood Glen. Approximately 3 acres of land is reserved for amenities. Our amenities currently include a pool, playground area, tennis courts and pavilion.
