The Cypresswood Glen Property Owners' Association (POA) has a membership that is comprised of the homeowners of Cypresswood Glen in good standing. Each homeowner has two (2) voting memberships while the owner of an undeveloped lot gets (1) voting membership.

There are five (5) directors for the Cypresswood Glen POA. They are selected by simple majority of the votes cast at the annual meeting (in person or by absentee vote). The annual meeting is usually held in October of each year. The term of office for a director is two (2) years. The officers are selected by the board at the first meeting of each new year.

POA Board meetings are held monthly at the MUD Building. Information of when the meeting will be held can be found on the Calendar of Events and is posted on the subdivision sign each month.
